TREATMENT CENTER
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The
CHILDREN’S
DIAGNOSTIC &
TREATMENT CENTER,
INC. (“CDTC”)
welcomes the
attendance and
participation of
the public in its
regular Board
meetings to be
conducted in the
Board Room at the
Children's
Diagnostic &
Treatment Center,
Inc.,
1401 South Federal
Highway
,
Fort Lauderdale
,
Florida
.
Public
notice is hereby
given that such
regular meetings
of the Board of
Directors will
take place at
11:30 a.m. in the
Board Room at CDTC
on the first
Wednesday of every
month: 1/7/09;
2/4/09 3/4/09;
4/1/09; 5/6/09;
6/3/09; 8/5/09;
9/2/09; 10/7/09;
11/4/09; 12/2/09.
(There is no
meeting in July,
2009.)
Committees
may meet in the
Board Room at
10:30 a.m. (one
hour prior to the
scheduled Board
meeting) or at
1:00 p.m.
(immediately
following the
scheduled Board
meeting) or, as an
alternate, on the
third Wednesday of
the month, at
10:30 a.m.
At
least seven (7)
days before any
meeting open to
the public (other
than emergency
meetings), the
CDTC shall post,
in the lobby area
of the CDTC
building, or such
other public
facility, where
such meeting will
be held (the
“CDTC
Posting”), and
in the area of the
Broward Health
(formerly North
Broward Hospital
District)
corporate offices,
1608 Southeast 3rd
Avenue, Fort
Lauderdale,
Florida, reserved
for posting of
similar meeting
notices (the
“NBHD
Posting”), a
written notice of
the meeting
containing the
date, time and
place of the
meeting. Meeting
dates and times
are also emailed
to the complete
Board Membership
at least seven (7)
days before a
meeting.
In
the event of the
need for an
emergency meeting,
the Board or any
committee shall
post such notices
at the CDTC
Posting and the
NBHD Posting (or
such other places)
at such times
before such
emergency meeting
as the Board or
such committee
determines
reasonable and
necessary in the
circumstances.
This notice
is published once
each year on
CDTC’s website
at www.childrensdiagnostic.org.
